The Subaru BRZ has received a special edition called Series.Purple, limited to just 500 units, all with a six-speed manual transmission.

The highlight is the exclusive Galaxy Purple Pearl paint, a dark purple shade, combined with 18-inch alloy wheels painted in satin silver and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires.

Inside, the car features contrasting gray stitching and details with STI emblems, such as on the start button and the gear lever.

Despite the visual and finish changes, the BRZ Series.Purple’s engine remains the same, with 228 horsepower and 25.5 kgfm of torque, coming from the naturally aspirated boxer engine. It also receives some performance enhancements, such as STI flexible bars in the engine compartment to improve chassis rigidity and a STI short-throw shifter for quicker and more precise gear changes.

The model is based on the Limited version and includes standard features like heated mirrors, an upgraded sound system, blind spot detection, lane-keeping assist, and directional headlights.

With a starting price of $36,615, the limited edition offers a combination of exclusivity, distinctive design, and performance improvements at a reasonable cost.
